St Swithun’s is the parish church of Hither Green and is a major hub of community activity.
It has a large garden to the rear mainly for the use of the Church itself. Jane the vicar is keen to make more use of the site.
There is a working kitchen garden which get very busy during the summer. Jenny the gardener grows a magnificent range of fruit and vegetables with the help of local residents and members of the congregation. Volunteers are most welcome! Jenny is around on Thursdays and Saturdays. Drop them an email!
