9 July – Lewisham Health Talks – Diabetes- On the clinical front line

Join on Tuesday 9th July at Lewisham Library, 7-8pm for their eighth Health Talk of the season.

Dr Charles Gostling, GP and Clinical Director for Morden Hill Surgery and NHS Lewisham CCG.

With a wealth of clinical experience and anecdotes to match, Dr Gostling illuminates the causes of Type 1&2 diabetes, illustrates the ways it is impacting our community and highlights what can be done.

Next talk will be on the 16th July by Erfan Kidia’s – Microbial Resistance- Are we in trouble?

This forum is aimed at BAME unpaid carers supporting those with mental health needs.  Items: NHS Long Term Plan and information from Lewisham Police.
