With the 2nd programme currently underway, there has been interested in starting up a third programme. So here it is!

We’re going to open up another block of places (Max 6) for people who want to move, look and feel better!
The plan has been trialled, tested and proven. On average clients lose 1/2 a stone; drop a dress size and significantly improve their health and fitness over the 30 days.

No shakes, no juices, no restrictive diets, just structured exercise and a healthy nutrition plan.

>13 semi private small group training sessions – giving you the personal touch of 1-2-1 training whilst combining the social element of group training. Sessions will run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at a private rented hall. (Ted Ray Scout Hall, SE13 6SS)
