Get Fit for Summer- Group Training

I’m a local personal trainer in the Hither area currently offer 1-2-1 sessions and run a bootcamp in Manor House gardens.

I’m in the process of setting up a program for a small group 4-6 people max for semi private training. The group will run over 8 weeks and I can guarantee you results if you’re looking to loose weight or tone up as I’ve run the group before and everyone that followed the programme made progress. No gimmicks, no shakes just good nutrition and structured exercise.The price is very competitive and by keeping the group small you get the personal touch of 1-2-1 sessions.
