Funding for Community Activities Availble


There is funding available for community and group activities in Lewisham. Please get applying- there are lots of groups struggling to provide services.

Rushey Green Assembly fund has been extended too! Theirs closes on Wednesday the 14th of September – so don’t delay if you want to make a bid. (Their criteria are different to Catford South’s so make sure you check all information carefully)
The British Ecological Society is offering grants for projects that promote ecological science to a wide audience of up to £2,000. Deadline 16 Sept.
Catford South have extended their funding deadline to Sunday 18th September – but help this coordinators stress levels and do your best to get them in early.
The Evelyn Assembly Fund 2016-17 is open for bids.The closing date for bids is Friday 23rd September 12.00 noon.

Greggs Foundation Environmental Grant Scheme offers up to £2,000 for small, community-led organisations to improve the community, including schools. Applications due by 30 Sept.
The Royal Society Partnership Grant has up £3,000 for STEM projects at a primary or secondary school or college in partnership with a professional scientist or engineer. A past grant recipient looked at different pest controls for indoor salad growing! Opens for applications 26 Nov.
The Peter Minet Trust offers small (£500) and large (£5,000) grants for social welfare, health, cultural and community projects, working with people of all ages who are in need in South East London. Application due by 15 Dec.
