These can lead to cancer, heart diseases and stroke. How do you reduce the risk? Men bring your friends, sons, nephews; women bring your men to find out how at this free event.

Caribbean Recipes with a Healthy Twist
A few people have tasted the healthy options Caribbean served at our events AND asked for the recipes. As promised below are 2 links to two recipe books: one for Caribbean meals and the other for South Asian meals. They are all low in sugar, salt and fat so can be enjoyed guilt free. We would love to see the pictures of the meals you make using the recipes. Join us on the Healthy Habits facebook page and upload the pictures there – we will create a gallery.
The books can be downloaded onto your laptop, phone or tablet. If you would like a printed copy they are available free from the British Heart Foundation if you give them a call.
