Find out more about the performers:

As a chorister and later a choral scholar at New College, Oxford under Edward Higginbottom, Guy gained extensive experience touring worldwide and singing regularly on BBC television and radio. After graduating with a first-class degree in September 2012, Guy moved to London and began work as a professional singer under the coaching of Susan Roberts.

British Mezzo Soprano Nancy Cole is a energetically versatile performer, working in the areas of consort music, early music and romantic and 20th century song. Nancy gained a choral scholarship to St Edmund Hall, Oxford University to study music followed by a place on the inaugural Genesis Sixteen training course, run by Harry Christophers and The Sixteen. Since then Nancy has sung with the leading consorts of today including The Sixteen, Tenebrae, The Gabrieli Consort, the Choir of the Enlightenment with many of London’s leading church choirs. She is a regular member of the Fieri Consort, an unaccompanied ensemble made up of the Genesis Sixteen graduates. Most recently Nancy spent a year at the Royal College of Music concentrating on the technique of singing with her teacher Amanda Roocroft.

Hannah read music at the University of Manchester, before continuing her studies in piano with Douglas Finch at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where she graduated with distinction. During this time, Hannah embarked upon her career in ensemble singing, appearing in The Sixteen’s inaugural Genesis Sixteen scheme, with Harry Christophers and Eamonn Dougan.
