New Complete Beginners Pilates Course!

Learn Pilates in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Get to grips with the Pilates basics and find out what it’s all about. During this 5 week course, we will gently but steadily build up your knowledge and ability towards the Improvers (Level 2) classes.

But not only will you learn about Pilates, you also get to meet other locals! 🙂

The next Complete Beginners Course runs on Thursdays 7-8pm, starting on 25th February 2016.
