Johanne is a highly experienced fitness teacher who has been classes in and around Hither Green , Catford and Lewisham for a number of years. There are currently a few places available in her exercise class for Adults with learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

Location: The Irish Community Centre, 2 Davenport Rd, Catford, SE6 2AZ
Cost: The class is £5.00 and is free for Carers/ Parents which is a great way to encourage Carers to take part!
