Fig Tree Guest House on Duncrevie Road is launching a project to mark the centenary of the Great War in 1914.
They are looking for local knitters and crocheters – expert and beginners – to help creating a knitted Field of Remembrance made up of hundreds of poppies in aid of The British Legion charity.
Poppies can be knitted at home or together at tea parties!
