Hither Green Embankment Improvement Project

The Hither Green Station Embankment Project is one of the more significant undertakings pursued by the Hither Green Community Association. Over the last couple of years local residents have volunteered their time to remove litter, trim, tidy and improve the railway embankment.

We meet at the embankment throughout the year with most dates falling in the spring and summer. If you’d like to help out sign up for our newsletter and we’ll drop you an email to let you know when you can help.

Safety equipment, working boots, and the appropriate tools and gear are provided.
