The Carnegie UK Trust has today launched a new project – Talk of the Town.

The Carnegie UK Trust is a large policy and practice organisation interested in the innovation, regeneration and sustainability of towns.

To support storytelling in towns, the Trust is now offering to support individuals from towns in England and Wales to tell the story of their town, in their own words. Training will be provided to help plan, articulate and present the story of the town, at an event attended by policymakers, practitioners and political representatives interested in supporting places across the UK and Ireland.

The application process involves an online application form and a video submission, which addresses the question ‘What vision do you have for your town?’ The deadline for applications is Friday 4 October 2019 at midday.
