Yoga is a perfect complement to running. It creates a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance, increases mind-body awareness, focus and improves breathing.
This is a practical workshop with over 1 hour of yoga practice and includes:
– Yoga for before & after running
– Postures to build strength & flexibility for enhanced performance & injury prevention
– Breathing exercises & relaxation techniques
Tickets are £20 with a £5 donation from each ticket sold being donated to the Charity Mind. Workshop open to all abilities of runners and yoga practitioners. Mats and Props Provided.
