YOGA WITH ANNA
Yoga with Anna will be launching a new evening class at the beautiful Manor House Library on Thursdays at 7.30pm from the 9th November. Come join us for a practice for both the mind and body.
Anna aims to make yoga accessible, un-intimidating and above all enjoyable, encouraging her students to use yoga to build strength and flexibility, to relieve stress and invite balance to their lives.
Modifications are offered throughout the practice making it accessible to everyone, including complete beginners.
Every class includes pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation practices.
Wednesday 9.30-10.30am – Gentle Flow Yoga
Thursday 9.30-10.30am – Flow Yoga
Thursday 7.30pm-8.30pm – Flow Yoga
Booking Recommended – £50 for 6 weeks, £10 drop in
