Balance your craving for carbohydrates, such as pasta and potatoes, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. course participants started the 5 week cookery club last week and created a balanced 3 course meal using herbs and spices and in place of salt and sugar.

Learn how small changes to the way meals are prepared can make a big difference to your wellbeing. Participants themselves will choose dishes each week from diverse range of recipes available including traditional African and Caribbean dishes.
Everyone is welcome – complete beginners to experienced cooks. Participants receive a FREE cookery book on completion of the course.
