The Lewisham Central Assembly is an open community meeting that takes place four times a year. The ward Assembly gives you a chance to raise your concerns with local Councillors and Council Officers, meet other resident who live in the ward and together help to shape the future of the area.

At this meeting, here about proposals to redevelop the Lewisham Retail Park (This is the site opposite the Glassmill Leisure Centre currently housing the Mothercare, Sports direct and Matalan stores), and the latest update on the progress of the Gateway development including the temporary road layout.

There will also be the usual opportunity for local groups to publicise their activities and for your local councillors to give a report back and to answer your questions.

The Assembly provides a good chance to raise other issues that matters to you. So do come along and take part in improving your area.
