Solidarity in a crisis- Pop up at Lewisham Library
Monday 6th of June 2016, 2pm-5pm
Lewisham Library, 199-201 Lewisham High Street, London, SE13 6LG.

Solidarity in a Crisis is a peer led service, co-designed and co-delivered by individuals providing crisis support over the phone or in person out of hours to Lewisham, Lambeth and Southwark residents. By sharing their experience and providing social support to people in distress, peer supporters aim to promote recovery, enhance feelings of belonging and hope to those in distress; whilst reducing the demand on formal statutory crisis services.

As part of our aim to work collaboratively with individuals, statutory, voluntary and community sector organisations in Lewisham, we will be having pop up events in Lewisham. Our first one will be taking place on Monday 6th of June 2016 between 2.00pm-5.00pm. Come along and meet our team of peer supporters and find out more about our service.

I do hope you will be able to attend. If you also know of any spaces where we can hold future pop ups, please let me know.
