New course that will be running in Hither Green,
Waves Mindfulness will be running mindfulness courses this February for adults and children.
Mindfulness is a brain training technique using meditation and CBT to help people manage stress,anxiety, pain and depression. It also improves focus, attention, performance, sleep and gives you a positive outlook on life. In turn mindfulness improves your mental and physical well being.
Adults course: ‘ Introduction to Mindfulness’
starts on the 22nd Feb
7-9pm – 4 sessions
Children’s Course is aimed at primary school aged children
Starts on the 21st Feb
12:30-2pm – 4 sessions
