Wonder Woman Workouts are women only fitness sessions and  children and babies in buggies are welcome.

These sessions are are for all levels- the focus  is on mums and ladies who are just getting back into fitness and looking to try something different.

Kit and equipment: kettlebells, Bulgarian bags, ropes, and TRX to ensure participants see the best results.

Tuesday @ East Greenwich Pleasaunce – 09:15
Wednesday @ Manor House Gardens – 10:30
Friday @ Greenwich Park – 10:00
